Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza

Ordered online. I got there right at the specified time and three of four items were ready on the pre-paid stand. I asked for my salad and the employee asked if she could refund me for the salad as they had run out of lettuce. I said "sure!" Then she said she'll be right with me and proceeded to help the four customers in line. That was iritating but it actually went quickly. My turn comes, I ask for her to refund entire order to re-ring the items I was receiving because I'd given a percentage tip based on the higher total. She said she'd need to get her manager, I said "ok." Two minutes later she comes and says the manager on duty was rather new so she called her GM who didn't answer the phone. I asked what would be equivalent to the salad like maybe another dessert and/ or some soda or something, I would take a swap. She would need a manager for that as well, so I gave her a break and accepted the $8.00 cash, they kept the tip, which I regret leaving in the first place. Fast forward 15 minutes, I get to the dinner I was providing to share with an old friend I hadn't seen for two years and apologize for no salad. Next issue was that I received the wrong monkey bread- I ordered the dessert one as she had two small children who would've loved it but we received the garlic kind. Next issue was that the thin crust was stretched so far over the tray that the edges burnt in the oven. Last issue was that the half-and-half pizza was much more 2/3-1/3. Toppings and cheese still tasted good. NOT IMPRESSED.

Ordered a pizza and cheese bread last night. The pizza didn’t have any pizza sauce on it. At all. Didn’t watch them make it as we did it online. Just grabbed it and went. Got home and went to throw it in and when cutting realized there’s no sauce on it at all. They were closed by the time we drove home. The pizza wasn’t bad however. We just dipped it in marinara sauce we had in a jar. But yeah. Thought that’s a little odd. A pizza with no sauce.

Wow! Haven't been there for awhile, but prices have really increased. Use to be a place to get a decent pizza at a good price. Now you get a thrown together pizza that's pretty much the same price as a pizza restaurant, and you still have to bake it.

Great pizza, great service, great prices!! No reason to go anywhere else!!

I'm disappointed they weren't offering the taco pizza even though their website said it's available through 5/28/23. Apparently, they ran out of the salsa that it comes with. I did try to call first before driving across town to get a pizza, but their phone is "temporarily" disconnected. I thought a salad would be good to go with the pizza I wound up ordering, but no salads were available either! Now I know why the parking lot was empty!
